I’ve been playing with this idea for a while now but have been putting it off for various reasons. I’m no health guru and I won’t pretend have all the answers but I feel qualified to take on this project because:

  1. I have a track record in the digital health tech space.

  2. Product discovery (particularly in healthtech) gives me irrational pleasure.

  3. I’ve applied models and frameworks to my life and work — some have worked, others haven’t.

  4. My experience of education (particularly at University level) is that it is not holistic enough to prepare for the big bad world.

  5. I’m trying to improve my health but am no stranger to the failings of willpower and self-restraint.

  6. I’ve written (ok, co-written) a couple of published books.

  7. I’m experiencing the slowest not-quite-mid-life-crisis, questioning meaning and purpose.

  8. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with brilliant people who have helped me along the way. Some stuff is too good not to share.

  9. There’s a lot of noise out there and I inherited my dad’s tendency to ‘restore order to chaos’, along with other forms of OCD

  10. I’m looking for a place to keep my notes and figured others might get some value. Maybe?
